This function allows you to email your client via the platform. Please note that exchange of personal phone numbers and/or email addresses with clients is strictly prohibited on TYHO.

If you would like to invite your client for a paid monthly chat subscription, please use our In-Between Therapy service (coming soon).

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel the session from your Dashboard. Please DO NOT ask your client to cancel/reschedule/request a reschedule.

Before you start your session…

Give Permissions

Please ensure you have given us camera & mic permissions on both your device AND browser. Not sure how to do this? Refer to our

Connect Bluetooth

Connect to your bluetooth headset. Test your sound & mic here.

Close Applications

Close all apps on your device AND tabs in your browser. This is to ensure you have good internet connectivity and your mic & speakers have access to the call. Do a speed
test here.
