As therapy is built on trust between the client and their Therapist, the content shared across the sessions will be kept confidential unless there is a risk of harm to self and others.
This means that information will only be disclosed if the Therapist deems you are exhibiting unsafe behaviour or are in an unsafe situation.
Should your parent / legal guardian require any updates along the way, selected information will be shared only with your agreement.
Your parent / legal guardian is free to join the first 10 minutes of your first session to clarify any questions they may have.
